We run the numbers. You run the business.
MAIN is the outsourced finance and data team for growing Malaysian businesses. Every morning you get what happened, what's wrong, and the one thing to do today.
Yesterday RM15,293 across 4 outlets and delivery. Level with last Wednesday.
Outlets Mid Valley +19%. Bangsar −14%, the weakest today.
Cash Bank matched to sales. MakanGo still owes RM3,126 for 114 orders.
Costs Fresh milk is up 12% since August, about RM1,796 a month.
Reviews Bangsar fell to 3.1 stars since its senior barista left.
One thing today Put an experienced barista on the Bangsar lunch peak.
Built from your POS, bank, accounting software and marketplaces, matched line by line. The last line is the point: the one thing worth doing today.
AI drafts the words, rules check the numbers, and a person signs off anything unusual.
From a single shop to a chain of outlets, in any industry. The brief is tuned to how your kind of business makes and loses money.
Shops and chains of any size: fashion, pharmacy, health and beauty, and more.
Cafes, restaurants, kiosks and groups.
Distributors, traders and service businesses.
Salons, workshops, tuition centres, makers, online sellers. If money comes in and goes out, the brief fits.
If you already use a POS and accounting software, we connect to them. If you don't yet, tell us what you use today and we will show you the simplest way to start.
Each question is a service we run for you.

Every morning. Before you open. Checked against the bank.
Kopi Kita is a fictional café chain with four outlets in the Klang Valley: Bangsar, SS15 Subang, Cyberjaya and Mid Valley. We took nine months of its raw exports, from the till to the bank, and built the dashboard we would build for you: eleven pages, one filter bar, in 3D or flat. We have no client case studies yet, and we won't invent any.
Demonstration data · Not client recordsPOS, FoodRun, MakanGo, bank, ledger, payroll, stock and reviews.
Four outlets, dine-in to delivery, tied to the bank.
142 app orders unpaid or wrongly charged.
Actual food cost against what the recipes allow.
Overall health, the outlet scorecard, every month against budget, and the 8am brief.
Sales by outlet, channel and hour, delivery payouts checked order by order, and what customers say.
Food cost against the recipes, waste, prices, staff hours and overtime.
Ten financial reports, till-to-bank settlement, the 13-week cash forecast and payables.
The dashboard itself is fine. Open it directly and it will run.

The analyst figure is a typical monthly cost for one junior hire, salary plus statutory contributions. The MAIN figure is the starting price of the Brief plan, before the one-time setup fee.
A business your size needs a few hours of an analyst each week. You can't hire a few hours, so you hire nobody and the analysis never happens.
Hire a whole back office and you get six separate reports. We send one, with cash, stock and sales on the same page.

You are right to be sceptical. It probably wasn't a bad system.
It failed because they handed it to you. Someone installed it, ran a training session, sent the invoice and left. After that it needed somebody in your business to log in and look after it, on top of their real job.
We run it. There is nothing for your team to log into. The brief comes to you. That is why this is a monthly fee and not a one-off project.
These are not the same job, and only one of them is ours.
Many clients come to us through their accountant. We make the books arrive clean; they keep the statutory work. We do not replace them, and we will tell you plainly when something needs one.
Julia is Malaysian and owns the business. Owners speak to her first, and she owns every client relationship.

LinkedIn ↗Look at the name: M·AI·N has AI in the middle. Not on the label, just in the middle, doing the work. And in Bahasa Malaysia, main means to play.
That is the idea. We take the numbers seriously so that running your business can feel a little more like play.
Your POS, your accounting software, your bank and your marketplaces such as Shopee and Grab. Access is read-only: we can see the numbers, and we cannot change anything in your systems. For the free Sample Brief we only need one month of exports.
No. We connect to what you already use. If one of your systems cannot give us what the brief needs, we will tell you at the Sample Brief stage, before you pay anything.
No. Statutory accounts, audit, tax filing and LHDN representation stay with your accountant. We work alongside them: we handle the daily numbers and the management reports, and the books reach them clean.
Only the MAIN team, under a signed data processing agreement. We follow the PDPA: a named data protection officer, a privacy notice and a signed data processing agreement. The software providers that store and deliver the data for us are described in our privacy notice.
Most data is. The Sample Brief will show how messy. If it needs work before a daily brief can run on it, the Books-to-brief clean-up is a one-off project from RM3,500, quoted before we start.
Yes. The contract is monthly, with 30 days' notice. You keep your data, reports and documents. The MAIN engine stays ours.
